Join our movement community to explore Animal Flow basics, build functional strength, and find your own flow, whether you are a total beginner or looking to shake up your routine.
Here’s a peek into one of my beginner Animal Flow classes. We focus on understanding the fundamental movements and supporting each other's progress. It’s not about perfection, but about showing up, trying something new, and having fun with a great group of people.
The energy in this Sunday workshop was just fantastic. You can see us working on drills, moving together as a group, and finishing with a well deserved rest. This is what the community vibe is all about, a whole bunch of us coming together to move and play.
I love getting into the technical details, like in this clip where I'm helping a student nail her Side Kickthrough. We work on the specific angles and lines to make the movement feel strong and stable. My goal is to give you the tools to build your own confident ground based practice.
This was such a fun, interactive class in Mumbai, even with the rain pouring outside. We worked through the basics of Animal Flow and put them all together into a short sequence at the end. I love the energy everyone brings to these sessions.
I'm so proud of my students. Here they are flowing through the International Animal Flow Day sequence with me. Seeing their progress and consistency is the most rewarding part of being an instructor.
It was amazing to be featured in this vlog about my Animal Flow class. It perfectly explains that we're not just mimicking animals, but using quadrupedal, ground based movements to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. It was a challenging but rewarding session for everyone.
Nothing beats a Sunday morning movement session with the community. We meet, move, connect, and flow together in Cubbon Park. Our Bangalore Animal Flow community is always growing, and it’s amazing to see so many people excited to move together.
A shot from a yoga session, focusing on foundational poses like Bhujangasana, or cobra pose. While my main focus is Animal Flow, the principles of breath and body awareness from yoga are central to all my movement practices.
This is a moment from a yoga class I led, celebrating International Yoga Day. Yoga has been my mirror through all phases of life, teaching me clarity and compassion. It’s a practice of giving that I am so grateful to share.
About Group Classes & Workshops
I focus heavily on the mechanics behind every movement, breaking down foundational shapes like the Ape, Beast, and Crab so they feel natural in your body rather than forced. During my workshops and weekly sessions at spaces like MultiFit Ulsoor or Creative Circus, we prioritize technical precision and safety over speed, ensuring you build real mobility, strength, and coordination that actually lasts.
Building Your Flow
My classes are designed for anyone who wants to move better, not just work out harder. If you have been feeling stuck in a repetitive gym routine, Animal Flow offers a refreshing change. It is a quadrupedal, ground-based movement practice that uses your own body weight to improve your mobility and coordination.
What to Expect in My Sessions
- Beginner Workshops: We start slow. I walk you through the three base forms—Ape, Beast, and Crab—and show you how to link them together into a smooth sequence. We dedicate time to wrist health and specific joint mobilization, which are essential for a sustainable practice.
- Weekly Group Classes: If you are looking for consistency, my weekly classes at MultiFit Ulsoor help you build on what you have learned. We focus on reaction drills, call-out training, and increasing the complexity of our flows. It is high-energy, technical, and always ends with a sense of accomplishment.
- Community Vibes: Movement is always better with friends. Whether we are jamming at Cubbon Park or working through a flow in the studio, the goal is to create a supportive space. We laugh, we mess up, we try again. My 'flowmies' are at the heart of everything I do.
Why Ground-Based Movement?
It is not about mimicking animals, it is about understanding how your limbs interact with the floor. By practicing on the ground, we work on shoulder stability and core strength in ways that machines simply cannot replicate. We aim for sthira, sukha—a balance of steadiness and ease. If you are ready to stop punishing your body and start playing with it, I would love to see you in class.
