Hard training needs smart recovery. At The Fitness Box, we treat mobility as essential training to keep you injury-free and moving better.
A dedicated recovery day in session. We focus on light movement and dynamic stretches like the downward dog to help our muscles repair and reduce soreness.
Recovery can also be fun. We incorporate games into our sessions to keep the mood light while still working on mobility and coordination.
Assisted stretching is a key part of our recovery protocol. Here, I am helping a client with a hamstring stretch, while others work on agility drills.
A spiritual start to a recovery session, followed by assisted stretching. We believe in training the mind and spirit, not just the body.
Exercise is labor without weariness. This recovery day includes light running and floor-based movements to keep the body active without over-stressing it.
Partner workouts can make even the toughest exercises fun. Here, members are doing partner sit-ups with a medicine ball and sandbag carries.
A fun warm-up with jogging and bear crawls. Getting the body ready for a workout is just as important as the workout itself.
Gaming time at the gym. We believe in making fitness enjoyable with team-based games and challenges that build camaraderie and burn calories.

This isn't just about relaxing; we use light aerobic work for blood flow and specific routines to correct imbalances from heavy lifting.
Whether you are struggling with tight hamstrings from deadlifts or restricted shoulder range from Olympic lifts, we isolate the problem. In my Dwarka facility, we train for longevity. You learn how to move, how to stretch, and why giving your body a reset is just as critical as hitting a new Personal Record.
