CrossFit & Metcon Workouts
My workouts are planned, tough, and always different to keep your body guessing. We use CrossFit methodologies, mixing high-intensity metabolic conditioning (Metcon) with gymnastics and weightlifting for a full-body challenge.
Strength & Powerlifting
We build a strong foundation with core powerlifting and Olympic lifts. You will master movements like deadlifts, squats, and bench presses to build raw strength and power. Proper form and progressive overload are key principles.

Coaching Philosophy & Mindset
For me, fitness is therapy. It's where we build a mindset that can move mountains. I explain the science behind the training, but my coaching is about building mental fortitude and discipline, not just physical strength.
