Gym sirf loha uthana nahi hai, it is therapy. We build a mindset that can move mountains. If you want raw strength and technique, you are at the right place.

This was a dedicated powerlifting day. The focus was on heavy deadlifts and bench presses, working at 80% of max effort to build serious strength.

A strength and conditioning session focused on explosive power. I am demonstrating high-pulls with a barbell and hanging flutter kicks to build a powerful posterior chain and core.

Day 21 was Back Day. We targeted the entire back with heavy T-bar rows and GHD hyper extensions. A strong back is essential for all heavy lifting.

A classic Pull Day workout. It started with strength work, focusing on Romanian Deadlifts, and finished with a high-intensity Metcon to build endurance.

Arms and core special day. The workout included barbell curls for building biceps and hanging leg raises to develop a strong, functional core.

This Push Day workout included dumbbell bench presses to target the chest and dumbbell kickbacks for the triceps. We focus on both compound and isolation movements.

Another Pull Day, this time featuring weighted good mornings to strengthen the hamstrings and lower back, followed by a tough circuit including pull-ups and ring dips.

Strength and conditioning for shoulders. This workout involved a power clean and push press complex, followed by a core circuit to build stability.

Leg Day is non-negotiable. This session included heavy front squats for quad development and a Metcon of rowing and wall ball shots to push the heart rate.

A Push Day focused on building shoulder and chest strength with seated military presses, followed by a demanding core finisher.

We focus on progressive overload, which means getting stronger week by week, not session by session. You will spend time mastering the deadlift, the back squat, and the bench press. These are the foundations of real strength.

I do not care how much you lift on day one. I care about how your movement looks. My programming includes periodized training phases where we cycle between high-volume conditioning and low-rep strength blocks. This keeps your central nervous system fresh and minimizes the risk of injury.

Everything we do here, from the raw bumper plates to the chalk, is designed for one thing: performance. It is just you, the iron, and a team that pushes you to finish those extra two reps.
