We start as a group and become a family. This picture captures our community spirit after a tough Hyrox-style workout. We train hard together, pushing sleds and testing our endurance, and then we celebrate our hard work.

Every workout is structured for maximum impact. This was a full body day combining strength work like back squats with a high-intensity Metcon of running, dumbbell snatches, and box jumps. This is how we build all-around fitness.
For me, the gym is my dawai, my therapy. It’s where I build a mindset strong enough to move mountains. We train not just to build muscle, but to forge mental strength through dumbbell presses, planks, and shared effort.

We do not do shortcuts. We give you a standard diet plan based on ghar ka khana and expect you to follow it. We record PRs on the whiteboard and track every lift.
