About Our Playground: A Tour of the Faktory
The Faktory is a warehouse-style space rigged for real movement, not just isolated gym reps. We have custom-built calisthenics rigs, monkey bars, and soft matting specifically designed to catch you while you learn to flip or land a jump. Whether you’re here to master a handstand or just want to try climbing a wall, it’s all set up so you can train safely without the intimidation of a traditional gym.
Why We Built the Faktory
Most gyms are filled with machines that only work one muscle at a time. We wanted something different. We built this space in HSR Layout because we believe fitness is a byproduct of learning new skills. When you focus on how to move your body—like climbing a wall, balancing on a rail, or flowing through a sequence—you get fit without the monotony of counting reps.
What You Will Find Inside
Our facility is a playground for adults and kids alike:
- The Ninja Rig: Complete with warped walls and obstacle setups to test your agility and grip strength.
- Calisthenics Zone: Dedicated scaffolding for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and building functional bodyweight strength.
- Safety First: We prioritize a safe environment with professional-grade foam pits and crash mats. This means you can practice that cartwheel or backflip without worrying about hard landings.
- Open Space: Plenty of floor area for Animal Flow, handstand drills, and general mobility work.
Can You Train Here?
We get asked this constantly: "Am I too old for parkour?" or "I have zero fitness, can I join?" Our philosophy is simple: Oota yaava age'allu madtivi, exercise yaava age'allu madbahudu (if we eat at any age, we can move at any age).
Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to advance your freestyle skills, our classes are structured so you start on solid ground. We break every move down into manageable, safe steps.
