About Learn to Flip: Acrobatics & Flips

The hardest part of learning a backflip is the mental block, not the physical strength. That is why we do not just throw you into the air. You will use our air tracks and thick foam pits to build the muscle memory for the rotation before you ever attempt it on a hard surface. You are never flying solo here; a coach is always hands-on, spotting your landing until you are ready to stick the flip on your own.
