If you’re bored of basic parkour and want to really push your limits, this is the place. Here’s where we mix the sharpness of parkour with the wild side of freerunning and acrobatics. You’ll be flying, flipping, and linking moves that honestly feel like magic when you nail them.

Who This Is For

This is swalpa serious stuff (a little bit serious stuff). If you’re new, this isn’t the place. I’m looking for folks who’ve already got a solid fitness level and good control over their body. Before joining, you’ll need to chat with our coaches - we’ll check if you’re ready for the advanced grind. Safety comes first, always.

What You’ll Unlock

  • Parkour flips and tricking - We’ll drill progressions for backflips, swing gainers, and other flips using crash mats and proper spotting.
  • Advanced vault techniques get covered too - Dive Kong, running precisions, wall climbs, cat leaps, and how to link them in a smooth obstacle flow.
  • Freerunning bar skills - Powerful swings, static holds like levers, and more bar work to build real strength.

How We Train

Weekend mornings only: Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 to 9 AM. Saturday is all about flips and swing gainers, Sunday is for backflips and putting it all together in parkour flows.

My Story

Started Chaos Faktory 'cause I wanted a place for real movement. Not your typical gym, ya? Here, you learn to move - Parkour, Calisthenics, Animal Flow, all that. Folks think Parkour means 'eguruvudu' (jumping) like in movies, but we begin from the basics, safely. I've also worked as an action director for films like Bagheera, but whether on set or at Faktory, it’s all about fighting fear and feeling free. Age? Doesn’t matter. Come as you are.

My Work

Movement Programs for All - We teach Parkour Freerunning classes, Animal Flow workshops, Calisthenics, Aerial Silks, and Obstacle Course training. Special programs for kids too.

Skill First, Fitness Follows - Here, fitness is a byproduct. You learn to jump, climb, roll, and move in new ways. #getfitthroughmovement.

Parkour Fitness for Everyone - Doesn’t matter if you’re young or old. If you can eat, you can train! Mix of Parkour, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Obstacle stuff.

Level Up Your Moves - Advanced Calisthenics and Parkour Freerunning classes for those ready to flip, swing, and muscle-up. Weekend specials.

Junior Ninja Movement Training - Kids (6-12) get strong, confident, and have fun in a safe setup. Watch them turn into little ninjas!

Film Fight Choreography - We also do professional fight choreography for movies. Real action, not just jumping around.
