At the Faktory, our obstacle setup is designed to challenge everything from your finger grip to your spatial awareness. We have custom-built rigs, including the warped wall, monkey bars, and angled pegboards, which provide a playground for testing what your body can actually do.
We start from the ground up. If you are struggling with a simple climb, we don't just tell you to 'try harder.' We break down the movement, work on the specific tendon strength you need, and ensure you have the spotting you need to avoid injury.
