Our calisthenics training is for all levels. We teach everything from basic bar hangs and pull-up progressions to advanced skills like the one shown here, helping you build incredible bodyweight strength.

Advanced calisthenics is about controlling your body in space. Here, members practice high-level skills on the bars, demonstrating the strength and dedication that comes from consistent training.

A coach provides assistance on a flexibility drill using the stall bars. We also show a backflip drill, highlighting how our advanced calisthenics program blends strength, flexibility, and acrobatic elements.

Core strength is fundamental to all movement. Here, members work on L-sits and parallel bar holds, building the stability and strength needed for more advanced calisthenics skills.

We start with the basics—no ego, no rush. Whether you are working on your first pull-up or chasing a front lever, our coaches are right there to spot you. It is all about building strength through steady progress, not just grinding out numbers.

Arre, anyone can do it. People often think calisthenics is just for gym athletes who can do 50 push-ups, but here at the Faktory, we break everything down. If you can eat, you can train. Our HSR Layout facility is designed for movement, not for staring at mirrors.

We focus on the foundations of bar work—pull-ups, dips, and rows—before moving you to the flashy stuff like muscle-ups or the human flag. You will learn to control your body in space, which is way more satisfying than just lifting iron plates.
