Kids have so much energy, sometimes it feels like they could light up a whole city. I see them glued to screens and wonder - what if we just let them run wild for a bit? At Invictus Play, I’m all about giving kids the freedom to move, mess up, and try again. This camp’s not about perfect drills. It’s about movement-based learning for kids that actually feels fun.
Think games, not drills. We use partner challenges, tug of war, monkey bars, and silly stuff like 'Tail Grab' or 'Shuttle Cone Collector'. There’s playful gymnastics for beginners too - egg rolls, crawling, jumping, and figuring out balance. If your kid’s shy, group stuff like mat races or fort building usually gets them talking. The goal is to help with child confidence building, not just physical skills.
Kids get stronger, more flexible, and better at balancing. Some parents have seen their kids suddenly try new things just because they felt braver. Social stuff matters too - you see them solving problems in groups and setting little goals for themselves. Not every child becomes an athlete, but everyone ends up growing in some way.
Not every kid will love every activity. Some days they’ll fall, some days they’ll win. I’m here to guide, but I leave plenty of room for them to figure things out. It’s messy, noisy, and totally worth it.

My Story
My Work
Programs for Every Kid - Physical literacy for kids, playful gymnastics classes, personality development, and our kids boxing club. Ages 2.5 to 13.
Learning Through Play - We skip boring drills. Think tug of war, tail grab - games that teach coordination and teamwork.
Building Confidence - It’s more than fitness. We help kids trust themselves, grow confident, and feel good inside.
Thoughtful Sessions - Warm-ups, skill basics, then games. Coaches watch and guide every child, every time.
Screen Free Zone - Kids move, make friends, build healthy habits. A real space for energy, not just sitting.
