We don't throw you into advanced moves on day one. Every session starts with assessing your core strength and spatial awareness because that's the only way to avoid injury. Whether you’re learning your first forward roll or perfecting a cartwheel, you’ll work with a coach who spots you at every step—no guessing games, just safe, technical progress.

Gymnastics is a game of precision, not just speed. By mastering fundamental skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, you’re not just learning a move—you’re training your brain to understand where your body is in space.
The Reflexx Progression
Our classes in Rajajinagar are built on a clear, level-based syllabus. You won't feel lost or stuck because you’ll know exactly what you need to achieve to level up.
- Rolls (Forward & Backward): These teach basic tumbling and body control. We start on incline mats to make the motion smooth.
- Cartwheels: Essential for coordination and establishing clean lines. We focus on straight legs and proper hand placement.
- Handstands: The ultimate test of core strength and balance. We use wall-assisted drills to build confidence before you go freestanding.
Safety First, Always
We use 25mm interlocking EVA foam mats, crash mats, and vaulting boxes to make sure you can practice fearlessly. Our coaches stay close, providing manual spotting to guide you through transitions. This keeps your training safe and keeps your confidence high. You don't need prior experience to join; you just need to show up and be ready to learn. Every fall here is just a lesson in how to fly.
