Whether you join for a 20-minute Twerk before Work session to kickstart your productivity or a longer skill-building class, the vibe remains the same. You will find moves like the 'whine' or the 'jiggle jiggle' that are simple to learn but highly effective for fitness. If you drop a step or feel silly, that is part of the process. We encourage you to laugh it off, grab some water, and get right back to it.
