About Yoga Workshops & Events
Yoga, But Make It Fun
Movement makes me happy, and that’s what I want you to feel at my workshops. It’s not about perfect poses - it’s about showing up, having a blast, and maybe laughing when we fall (trust me, I do!). No super serious vibes here, just real people connecting, moving, and feeling good.
What Happens in My Workshops
- Every session is different, but expect:
- Ice-breaker games (so you actually want to talk to your mat neighbor)
- Flows that could be strong or silly, depending on the day - from Vinyasa to partner work
- Breathwork (pranayama) to help you chill out
- Always some time to just lie down and relax before you head out
Types of Events I Host
- Outdoor yoga events in Bangalore’s parks - trust me, asanas under open sky hit different
- Acro yoga classes and partner sessions (lots of masti, no partner needed)
- Yoga for corporate wellness - custom sessions for teams who need a break from screens
- Themed pop-ups for days like International Yoga Day or with brands
Who Shows Up?
Literally anyone. If you’ve never done yoga, my beginner-friendly yoga workshops are for you. If you’re a pro, come play with some arm balances or inversions. Solo? Most people come alone and leave with a few new friends.
I believe the real magic is in just showing up, baby steps and all. See you on the mat!

My Story
Hey, I’m Radhika. If you spot me, I’m probably moving—dancing garba (badly) in Gujarat or stretching on a beach in Gokarna. Nature’s my jam, my friends and cousins are my lifelines, and my mat is my anchor. Got engaged recently, wedding madness and all—still, yoga keeps me balanced. Life’s messy, but I find my peace in movement and stillness. That’s me, always chasing that sweet spot.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Wellness - I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga routines, and run corporate wellness programs. Online or in-person (Bengaluru).
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga - Special classes for pregnancy and new moms—safe, slow, and smart movement. Strength looks different here.
No Magic Fixes - I believe in steady progress, not shortcuts. Consistency is key, not instant results.
Mindful & Fun Sessions - Yoga’s more than poses—breathing, relaxing, even falling in acro yoga for beginners. Come play and find balance.
