About Flow Arts Workshops
How I Got Into Flow
Most days, I’m glued to my laptop writing code. But when I’m free, you’ll catch me spinning poi or staff, sometimes even beatboxing on the side. Flow arts started as a way to clear my head. Now, teaching it is my way of sharing that peace with others.
What My Workshops Are Like
I mostly work with beginners. If you think you’re clumsy or can’t dance, you’ll fit right in. We mess up, laugh, and learn together. My thing is group flow arts sessions, where everyone picks up the basics and finds their style, no pressure to be perfect.
Props we use:
- Poi (no fire, just practice sets to learn the core moves)
- Contact staff (rolling, spinning, making it feel natural)
- Hoops (way beyond basic hula, more like hoop dance workshops)
- Sometimes even dapo (a funky weighted fabric, super chill to toss around)
The Vibe
Picture a chill crew, sometimes in Bangalore studios, sometimes outside, sometimes even at a random festival in Goa. All levels, all backgrounds. We just jam, screw up, and hype each other up. If you want to move, laugh, and maybe make a new friend or two, you’ll vibe here.
Who Should Come
If you’re curious, bored, or just want a fresh hobby that’s a bit workout, a bit movement meditation for beginners, try it. Honestly, doesn’t matter if you got rhythm or not. Everyone starts somewhere.

My Story
Hey, I’m Aniketh. Techie by day, but honestly, music and flow arts are where my heart’s at. Beatboxing got me hooked first – Top 16 at Indian Beatbox Championship, wild times. Then came poi, staff, and eventually fire. I chase that flow state, spinning at festivals from Goa to Thailand, sometimes just by the ocean. Paradise for me? It’s a killer beat or a perfect spin. I love sharing this vibe, running workshops and seeing folks light up. It’s all about that connection.
My Work
Performances & Workshops - I do live loopstation sets, beatboxing, and flow arts like poi (LED, fire) and contact staff. Workshops too.
Live Looping & Beatboxing - I build tracks live using my voice, guitar, and loopstation. DnB covers, originals, full one-man-band energy.
Flow Arts: Poi & Staff - Spinning poi, LED pixel poi, fire poi, and contact staff. I match props to the vibe, bringing a real show.
Teaching Flow - Beginner beatboxing and flow arts workshops. Chill, welcoming space for anyone to get started and grow.
