Flow is less about the trick and more about the feeling. Whether you are exploring silk fans, hoops, or just need to shake off the day, let's find your rhythm together.

Bo Staff versus Hula Hoop! A fun, playful flow session on the terrace with a fellow flowmie. It's always great to mix and match props.

An impromptu flowreel with my fellow flowmies at a workshop. Here I'm playing with multiple hoops, creating beautiful patterns and shapes.

Here’s a beginner hoop sequence for you to try with your flowmie. It's a simple and fun way to practice coordination and timing together.

Playing with shapes in a saree with my hula hoop. The flowing fabric of the saree adds a whole new dimension to the movement.

A little hula hoop flow on my balcony. It's a promise to myself to keep moving and finding joy in the little moments.

A snowy filter for a cozy indoor hula hoop session. Even when you can't go outside, you can still find your flow at home.

I don't know what it is about the hoop, but I'm falling for it. It makes me feel so feminine and dainty.

A beautiful, serene moment with my silk fans by the lake. The way they catch the wind is just magical.

Flowing with my beautiful aunt, who has been the same age since I've met her! Sharing the joy of silk fans with family is the best.

What others see versus what's going on in my own world. A fun clip showing the joy and playfulness of dancing with silk fans.

About Find Your Flow: Hoops, Fans & More

If you drop your prop during our session, we celebrate it. That is the quickest way to know you are actually pushing your limits, not just staying in your comfort zone. We focus on somatic movement, using props like silk fans or hoops as extensions of your body, not just objects to swing around. Come join a session to see how it feels to finally let your mind turn off and your body take the lead.

More Than Just a Trick

My approach to flow arts isn't about training for the stage or getting a viral video. It is about movement as medicine. When we work with silk fans, hula hoops, or dragon staffs, we are really just finding a way to get out of our heads and into our bodies. If you have been feeling disconnected or just need to shake off some stress, this is exactly where you want to be.

Why Choose Our Flow Sessions?

  • Beginner Friendly: You do not need a background in dance or fitness. We start with the basics of grips and planes, and we go at your pace.
  • Somatic Movement: We don't just spin props. We mix in breathwork and grounding techniques. My goal is for you to leave a session feeling lighter and more connected to yourself.
  • Community Vibes: We are a growing flow arts community in Bangalore. Whether it is an online class or a meet-up at Cubbon Park, you will find people here who are just as excited about the process as you are.

What to Expect

We keep the environment non-judgmental. My sessions are bilingual, blending English and a bit of Hindi, and we focus heavily on tactile, real-time feedback. You are not just following a tutorial; you are learning how to dance with your prop. Whether you are curious about the dreamy, flowing nature of silk fans or the coordination-building challenge of a hula hoop, we will figure it out together. Come as you are, bring your goofy side, and let's move.

I'm the person behind the props, and honestly, I just started this because I needed a way to quiet my own mind. You won't find any 'perfection' here, just a lot of laughter, some clumsy drops, and a safe space to get a little weird with your movement.
