Finding a safe space to try something new can be nerve-wracking, but our jams are built to remove that pressure. You don't need pro skills or expensive gear to attend; just show up to our Bangalore park meetups or studio sessions, be ready to laugh when you drop your prop, and prepare to be cheered on by everyone else there.
Our community is the heart of why I teach. Whether we're hosting a Flow Sunday Sundowner at The Park Aqua, taking over Church Street for a public flow mob, or getting sweaty at a beginner staff workshop, the goal is always the same: progress over perfection.
I host jams and workshops across Bangalore, from open-air parks like Cubbon Park to partner studios. These gatherings are specifically designed for beginners who are nervous about looking silly. We are all about the 'Flowmedy' energy—if you mess up, you laugh, we hype you up, and you try again.
