Welcome to my world of flow, doston! Whether you want to spin fire, learn staff basics, or just shake it off with a Twerkout, I am here to help you move, breathe, and have a blast. Let's find your rhythm.

This is what it feels like to set your soul on fire. For me, flow arts is a dance with the elements, a way to connect with a power that's bigger than all of us. This is a glimpse into one of my fire staff performances.

Just got your first staff and wondering what to do? I got you! Let's start with the absolute basics, the forward figure 8. This video breaks down the simple forward weave, a foundational move for any aspiring staff spinner.

Happy Twerktober! Twerking is not just a dance, it's a full-body workout that's liberating, empowering, and so much fun. My Twerkout fitness classes are all about shaking off your worries and celebrating your body.

Sometimes, the most powerful movement is stillness. My Mindful Movement sessions are about finding that calm center, using breathwork and grounding techniques to connect your mind and body, whether you're on a beach or in your living room.

The best part of flow is sharing it. This was an impromptu staff spinning workshop in the park, and seeing everyone from seasoned spinners to curious kids join in was pure magic. This is what the Flowmie fam is all about.

Flow is art, and sometimes art flows into you. Dancing with my silk fans at the Van Gogh 360 exhibit was a surreal experience, letting the colors and movement become one. It's a beautiful way to practice mindful movement.

Who says you can't be graceful and powerful at the same time? Combining the elegance of a saree with the strength of staff spinning is one of my favorite ways to flow. It's a celebration of my roots and my passion.

Let's be real, learning to flow isn't always graceful. Sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself! This is a little 'Flowmedy' skit about the right and wrong way to stand while spinning. Remember, progress over perfection!

If you are new to this, do not overthink the 'artsy' part. Most people start with a simple staff and a willingness to look a bit silly for five minutes. I provide the props and the space, whether it is an open-air park in Bangalore or a quiet corner of your living room. We laugh, we drop our props, and we progress—that is the only rule.
