Why I Made These Staffs
I made my first staff because I wanted something that felt like a friend for anyone just starting out. I remember being totally lost and a bit awkward at the start, so I put all my trial-and-error, all those 'arre yaar' (oh man) moments, into this. Flow practice has become my meditation, and I wanted to share that without the pressure.

My Story
People see all this energy now, fire spinning and wild staff moves, but honestly, it started in a pretty low spot for me in 2022. My mind was messy, dance felt impossible, so I just grabbed a stick. Wasn’t some big plan, just needed to move, to feel something, maybe even connect with my late cat. That stick became my meditation, my language. So if your body’s calling you to do something weird, just go for it. Magic happens. Love & Light.
