About Corporate Self-Defense & Wellness Programs
Bringing the Dojo to Your Office
Karate is a way of life for me, not just a workout. I bring that same energy and mindset from the dojo to your team, right there at your office. My goal? Helping your people feel tougher, more confident, and ready for anything.
What to Expect
- I run practical, hands-on workplace self-defense training that fits right into your workday.
- No need for any fitness background. Anyone can join—whether you’re a pro at pushups or just getting started.
- Sessions include simple blocks, basic kicks and punches (all safe, don’t worry), and ways to boost everyday confidence.
- I show up at your office in Bangalore—no extra travel for your team.
Special Focus on Women’s Safety
I give special attention to women’s safety awareness programs, especially around days like International Women’s Day. These workshops are about celebrating and empowering the women in your company, giving them real skills to feel stronger and more secure.
More Than Self-Defense
It’s not just about learning to block or punch. These sessions double up as a team-building martial arts session, helping your folks break the ice, communicate better, and walk away a bit more bonded. You’ll notice the mood in the room shift after.
Who’s Teaching?
I lead these sessions with a team of experienced instructors from Bangalore Budokan - all black belts, all passionate. And yeah, we love a bit of local banter, so don’t be thrown off if you hear ‘Yelli mane?’ (Where’s your home?) when we walk in.
Oss.

My Story
We are Bangalore Budokan, but honestly, we feel more like a big karate family than an academy. Karate for us? Not just kicks, not just belts. It’s a mindset. We started with a dream to build a tribe, and now, seeing students like Nikhil go to Nationals or Sensei Sharan bring home trophies, that's what keeps us going. Our dojo’s everywhere in Bangalore - always with our students, through thick and thin. Oss.
My Work
What we offer - Traditional karate classes, martial arts, practical self-defence training, women’s self-defence workshops, corporate sessions, summer camps, and advanced referee seminars.
Who can join? - Anyone. Kids, adults, seniors – age is just a number. Our dojos are all across Bangalore. Elli mane nimdu? (Where’s your house?) We’re probably close by.
How we train - We focus on discipline, hard work, and real-world preparation. Not just for belts, but for life. You get tougher, but you also get better.
Our BBK community - We train together, win together. Our students compete and succeed in state and national championships. Come, be part of the BBK family.
