We do not believe in fancy gym equipment or AC-cooled treadmills. Join our Banashankari tribe for raw, fight-style conditioning that pushes your body and mind beyond your limits.

Building a strong foundation with a group conditioning drill. Each member lifts in unison, learning to pace themselves as a team while building shoulder and core strength for striking.

Our sessions start with dynamic warm ups and mobility work like animal flow. This prepares the body for intense training, prevents injury, and gets the whole group moving together.

From wrestling drills against the wall to shadow boxing as a group, our training covers all aspects of MMA. We end by celebrating progress, like with these participation certificates.

About The Grind: Conditioning & Drills

We don't do 'fancy' here. You will be rotating between heavy bag work, partner mitt drills, and brutal animal flow movements until you are completely exhausted. It is loud, it is sweaty, and you are doing it alongside a tribe that will not let you quit.
