About this collection
You aren't just standing in a line here. We rotate your group through partner drills, focus mitt work, and high-intensity conditioning circuits. It’s designed to break down barriers, so expect to be out of breath and genuinely connecting with your teammates by the end of the first round.

Our sessions are hosted at our Banashankari facility, a functional space built for sweat, not comfort. We mix boxing, kickboxing, and animal flow drills to keep your group engaged. You don't need a background in MMA to start. Our coaches are national and international medalists who know exactly how to push a beginner without breaking them.
