Working with a partner allows for deeper stretches. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to help my student safely open her back and shoulders in a supported cobra pose.

Failing is a normal part of learning, especially in partner yoga. This pose requires immense trust and balance, and it's okay if it doesn't work the first time. We just laugh and try again.

This partner stretch is a variation of downward dog and scorpion pose. It's an intense but effective way to build strength and flexibility together, relying on each other for support.

The King Cobra pose is a deep backbend that feels amazing with a partner. We use each other for support to gently deepen the stretch, opening the chest and spine.

Here is a fun partner workout that combines strength and flexibility. One partner holds a stable pose while the other uses them as a base for core work and jumps. It's a full-body challenge.

You don't need to be an expert to join these sessions. I focus on breaking down partner poses so they are safe and accessible, whether you are bringing a friend, a partner, or your child. We use props like straps, blocks, and yoga wheels to assist every movement, so you feel secure while you build your practice.

In my studio, we move as a tribe. Whether you are in a group of 10 or working one-on-one with a partner, the goal remains the same: strength, balance, and flow.

Why partner yoga? It is not just about the photos. Working with a partner helps you get deeper into stretches that are difficult to do alone. When you hold a pose for someone else, or they support your back in a deep bend, you learn to trust and let go of tension. I guide you through specific assisted postures—like partner cobras or synchronized flows—that build strength through resistance and core stability.

What about group classes? Group sessions at my Goregaon studio bring a different kind of energy. You are not just following me; you are feeling the rhythm of the entire room. We keep batch sizes small (8 to 10 students) so I can actually see you and offer hands-on alignment corrections. We mix traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa with Animal Flow and functional strength drills.

Safety and alignment I know the fear of 'what if I fall?'—and the honest truth is, everyone falls sometimes. My studio is fully equipped with wooden floors, mirrors, and props to keep you safe. For partner work, I always prioritize proper spotting and communication. You will learn how to communicate with your partner so no one gets hurt.
