Partner work can also be done on the aerial hammock. This assisted backbend helps to open the spine and shoulders with the support of both the partner and the fabric.

About Partner & Group Sessions: Stronger Together

You don't need to be an expert to join these sessions. I focus on breaking down partner poses so they are safe and accessible, whether you are bringing a friend, a partner, or your child. We use props like straps, blocks, and yoga wheels to assist every movement, so you feel secure while you build your practice.
