I'm Nisha. This is a look into how I combine my clinical physiotherapy background with fitness to help you stay strong—whether you are expecting or navigating the postpartum phase.

This is my promise to you. My online postpartum program is designed for real life, helping you regain strength and confidence from home, even while you're caring for your little one. We focus on functional movements and core recovery to help you feel like yourself again.

Staying strong during pregnancy is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your baby. Here I am, demonstrating safe upper body exercises using a stability ball and light weights. These movements are crucial for building the strength you'll need for labour and for handling your newborn.

This was me, three months after giving birth, finding moments to work out at home with my baby right beside me. My program is built on this reality. We use simple, effective exercises to rebuild your core and functional strength, making fitness a manageable part of your new life.

Welcome to my physiotherapy and exercise therapy clinic. This is where my two worlds of physiotherapy and fitness coaching come together. It's a space designed for safe, effective, and science-backed movement, ensuring your health is always the top priority.

Embracing the journey, one trimester at a time. I believe in celebrating the pregnant body and all its power. My pre-natal programs are designed not just to prepare you for birth, but to help you feel confident and connected to your body throughout your pregnancy.

This is my core philosophy. We train for life, for the strength to lift our children, for good posture while feeding, and for the energy to be present for our families. Fitness with me is about building a foundation for long-term health and independence.

This is the joy that fuels my passion. Being a strong, healthy, and happy mother is the ultimate goal. Every exercise and piece of advice I share is aimed at helping you find this happiness and energy in your own motherhood journey.

About Featured

I do not use machines in my clinic. Everything I teach is based on real-world movement patterns because that is what helps you in daily life. Whether you are dealing with pregnancy discomfort or postnatal recovery, we start by screening for things like Diastasis Recti and postural issues caused by carrying your baby. This isn't about gym numbers; it is about building the strength you actually need to be a mother.
