About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training
I believe MMA training should be about building real skills, not just memorizing moves. My approach is all about ecological coaching - you learn by solving problems in live, game-like situations. Forget static drills. You’ll fail, adapt, and actually get better, because that’s what happens in a real fight.
Training Style
- We mix striking and grappling so you become a complete martial artist. Whether you want to get fit, defend yourself, or compete, you’ll train for reality.
- Striking sessions (Kickboxing & Muay Thai) aren’t just combos - you’ll use hands, feet, elbows, and knees in live sparring sessions.
- Grappling includes jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and no-gi, with focus on connections, dynamic guards, and relentless submission hunting.
Who’s This For?
- Beginners: Never thrown a punch? No problem, I love building skills from scratch.
- Hobbyists: If you want confidence and real-world fitness, train a couple times a week.
- Athletes: If you’re serious, you’ll train hard and rest smart - fight camp preparation is a big part here.
Team & Culture
- We compete at national and international levels, but our core is team spirit - grit, loyalty, humility. No ego here.
- En ande mele ennaiya konduva (What’s there on me, bring it on). We face everything together.
Train hard, sweat, and watch yourself transform from inside out.

My Story
We’re not your typical fight gym. Our journey’s full of ups, downs, and that 7-year gap before jumping back in at ADCC Thailand—came home with bronze, not gold, but a head full of lessons. Getting my brown belt meant a 2.5 hour exam, mentors flying in from Idaho, and real trust. We’ve built a tribe here—no egos, just hard work and loyalty. And honestly, without my team, I’m nothing. Shoutout to Amen and everyone at Reign MMA—you’re my people.
