About Striking for Combat Sports
My Approach
I don't believe in just copying moves from YouTube or following the latest flashy combos. If you're looking for someone to teach you a bunch of techniques to memorize, that's not me. My thing is all about making you a problem-solver in the cage or ring. We train eco-logically, not ego-logically - meaning I want you to actually understand what makes striking work in a real fight, not just repeat stuff for Instagram.
What You’ll Learn
I've built a system for stand-up fighting that’s about making you dangerous anywhere, not just in one style.
- Kickboxing basics and combos for fitness or competition
 - Muay Thai concepts - elbows, knees, teep, clinch, drilled until it feels natural
 - MMA stand-up training, where you learn to strike with takedowns and grappling always in mind (trust me, it’s a different beast)

How We Train
No boring lines and robotic shadowboxing. We use adaptive striking drills and real fight simulation. Sessions are live, messy, and full of problem-solving. You’ll learn to figure it out on the fly, just like a real fight. It’s “repetition without repetition” - every session challenges you so you actually grow.
Who’s It For?
Honestly, anyone and everyone. Never thrown a punch? Cool, I’ll start from scratch. Want to win nationals or just not get pushed around? I’ve helped both. You’ll get stronger, sharper, and more confident.
The Grind
The gym’s hot, the training’s tough, and the crew is serious. We’re about hard work and backing each other. No egos, just effort. En ande mele ennaiya konduva (Bring what you've got).

My Story
We’re not your typical fight gym. Our journey’s full of ups, downs, and that 7-year gap before jumping back in at ADCC Thailand—came home with bronze, not gold, but a head full of lessons. Getting my brown belt meant a 2.5 hour exam, mentors flying in from Idaho, and real trust. We’ve built a tribe here—no egos, just hard work and loyalty. And honestly, without my team, I’m nothing. Shoutout to Amen and everyone at Reign MMA—you’re my people.
