How We Break It Down
- Our MMA system isn’t a mix-and-match of random moves. We blend wrestling, striking, and MMA grappling into a single, sharp approach. I always talk about the ‘why’ behind every technique, so you actually get it, not just copy it.
- Wrestling is the backbone here. Expect a lot of focus on MMA wrestling classes, especially using the cage. Wall wrestling techniques are a big part of what we drill, since the cage changes everything.
- Striking isn’t about looking flashy. You’ll train with MMA striking fundamentals, always linking punches and kicks with takedown threats.
- On the ground, it’s gritty—ground-and-pound training, learning to stay safe and dangerous. No fancy gi stuff, just what works when it counts.
Beyond the Moves
- We run real prep camps for competitions. Not just for fun—this is for those who want to test themselves.
- The mental side isn’t ignored. We get pro fighters in to talk about nerves, mindset, and what it’s like at the top.

My Story
Hey, I'm Rohit, and this is IJJ. Ten years back, convincing friends to try Jiu-Jitsu was a struggle. Now, we’re hosting seminars with legends, and our mats are buzzing with energy. We built a place where you earn every belt, every stripe. No shortcuts. Our squad is tight—Strong Saturday Squad, people who show up, grind, push each other. I’m proudest of our community, not just medals. This is real Jiu-Jitsu, the way it should be.
