About Wrestling for Grappling & MMA
How I Coach: Real Skills, Not Ego
I'm all about training grappling and MMA the way it actually works in a fight - not just running through endless static drills. My approach is totally ecological, which means every session is hands-on, with live problem-solving against a partner who’s not just letting you win. You’ll figure out what works for your own style and body, instead of just copying my moves.
What Makes My Wrestling Different
This isn’t a regular wrestling class - I blend wrestling integration for Jiu-Jitsu straight into your grappling game. We focus on leverage, posture, and staying connected, all in ways that make sense for MMA and BJJ. I believe if you can solve problems live, you’ll beat opponents who rely only on memorized techniques.
Training Style: Hard, Fast, Honest
- We skip the boring drills. It’s all about live ‘games’ with your partner, so you get repetition without repetition.
- Sessions are high intensity. The room gets hot, there’s no AC, and it’s tough. It builds real grit and mental strength.
- Every session has clear goals so you actually see improvement.
Skills You'll Build
- Takedowns aren’t just drilled - we master kuzushi for takedowns with hand-fighting and clinch work.
- Wrestle up technique: learning how to fight back from bad spots and never settle.
- Ground control is dynamic - we scramble, pass, and always stay on top.
- Strategies for every body type, not just strength. Smaller athletes learn frames, distance, and how not to get crushed.
Team Over Ego
This is a team, not just a class. No egos - just hard work, loyalty, and everyone getting better together. The team’s success is what matters.
En ande mele ennaiya konduva (What's there on me, bring it on). If you want to sweat and get sharp from the inside out, this is it.

My Story
We’re not your typical fight gym. Our journey’s full of ups, downs, and that 7-year gap before jumping back in at ADCC Thailand—came home with bronze, not gold, but a head full of lessons. Getting my brown belt meant a 2.5 hour exam, mentors flying in from Idaho, and real trust. We’ve built a tribe here—no egos, just hard work and loyalty. And honestly, without my team, I’m nothing. Shoutout to Amen and everyone at Reign MMA—you’re my people.
