Why I Train
For me, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is like chess on the mats. It's not about being the toughest, but about learning how to handle tough situations and keep going. I see every roll as a lesson, not just a fight.
How I Coach
My main thing is simple: just try to be a bit better than you were yesterday. Losing a round? Happens to everyone. That's how you learn. I focus a lot on building mental strength, not just physical. You’ll get used to being uncomfortable, and that helps in life outside the gym too.
What We Do
We train both Gi vs No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. In Gi, you’ll learn to use the uniform for grips and control. No-Gi is faster, more about body movement, and feels a bit like wrestling. You get to try both and see what fits you.
Who Shows Up
Anyone can join. Adults, college students, working folks, even if you’ve never tried BJJ for beginners before. Kids from age 4 and up are welcome too. We keep it safe, fun, and focused on respect and discipline.
Our Vibe
This isn’t just a gym. It’s a team. We push each other, support each other, and yeah, sometimes we laugh at our own mistakes. If you want to compete, I’ll help you get ready for tournaments and BJJ competition training.
What Happens in Class
Expect to drill techniques, practice submission grappling techniques, and then roll live. It’s a solid workout for your body and your brain.

My Story
Hey, I’m Shiljith. Sports run in my veins, from MMA to cricket, even PlayStation games back in the day—man, I ruled at Burnout! Now, I’d rather hit the court than hit the gym. Nature keeps me grounded, and dogs, especially Pit Bulls, teach me about real love and loyalty. Mindset is everything, in fights and in life. Stay true, stay wild, bring it on.
