Sometimes you just need to hit pause, no? That’s what my retreats are for. Life gets crazy, and I really believe jo ho achha (whatever happens, is for the good). I create these spaces so you can slow down, breathe, and actually listen to yourself. For me, yoga is all about freedom, and I want you to feel that too.
Nature is Our Studio
I pick spots that make you go "wow"—think practicing asanas with the sea breeze at a beach yoga retreat or early morning stretches by a quiet lake. It’s more than just the poses. You’ll find yourself in silence, connecting with others, and sometimes even singing bhajans together as the sun sets. Feels pretty special.
What You’ll Do
- Shatkarma: We go deeper than usual yoga. I teach these Hatha yoga detox techniques, and trust me, they really clear out both mind and body.
- Jalneti: Yup, nasal cleansing. It sounds odd, but it’s simple, feels refreshing, and sets you up for better breathing and meditation.
- Yoga Asana: Outdoors, fresh air, hands-on help with alignment, and you don’t need to be a pro. Everyone fits in.
- Spiritual yoga getaway vibes: Expect a calm, soulful atmosphere, not just a workout.
Something to Take Home
Everyone gets a khaas (special) hand-painted Jalneti pot—sort of a reminder to keep up your self-care back home.
Where We Meet
No fixed studio here. Sometimes we’re at the beach in Goa, other times it’s a quick yoga event in Bangalore by a lake. Always outdoors, always relaxed.

My Story
Hi, I’m Bhavini. Uttarakhand mountains, Goa beaches, my balcony chai, and my Pom pup – these are my happy places. Life’s thrown me loops, but I’ve learned to let go and trust what’s next. Yoga is my anchor, my freedom. And happiness? Arre idhar udhar mat dhundo, dil thoda bada karo (don’t search far, just open your heart). I find beauty in small moments and love sharing that spark through yoga.
My Work
Yoga Therapy & Personal Sessions - I do yoga therapy for PCOS, cervical spondylitis, knee pain, and more. Personal and group classes, too.
Holistic & Spiritual Yoga - Yoga’s not just asanas. We do Jalneti cleansing, Pranayama, and sometimes end with a soulful bhajan.
Yoga for Seniors - Restorative yoga for seniors is close to my heart. A gentle touch and patience go a long way.
Outdoor Yoga Retreats - I love outdoor yoga retreats – Goa beaches, lakesides, fresh air. Nature makes yoga magical.
