About Yoga for Seniors
I've seen how yoga can help seniors feel stronger and more at ease, no matter where they're starting from. Mera maanna hai ki sab kuch sahi hota hai apne time pe (I believe everything falls into place in its own time). My sessions are all about gentle movement - not complicated poses or pushing you beyond comfort.
Yoga Therapy - Not Just Exercise
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, especially for elders. Each session is tailored to your health needs, whether it's stiffness, pain, or just feeling a bit weak these days. We work together to figure out what your body needs most.
How My Sessions Go
- I come to your home, so you don't have to worry about travel or stepping out.
- A lot of what we do uses a chair - Chair yoga for older adults is safe and super accessible, especially if standing or floor work is tough.
- I offer hands-on support, guiding your stretches and movements to keep things safe.

- Yoga for chronic pain management: Finding relief for knee pain, arthritis, neck/shoulder stiffness, and even heel pain.
- Senior mobility exercises: Moving gently to work on flexibility and strength, helping you feel steadier on your feet.

My Story
Hi, I’m Bhavini. Uttarakhand mountains, Goa beaches, my balcony chai, and my Pom pup – these are my happy places. Life’s thrown me loops, but I’ve learned to let go and trust what’s next. Yoga is my anchor, my freedom. And happiness? Arre idhar udhar mat dhundo, dil thoda bada karo (don’t search far, just open your heart). I find beauty in small moments and love sharing that spark through yoga.
