Here I am guiding a wonderful group through a Sunday morning session at Hulimavu Lake in Bangalore. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, I offer hands-on adjustments to ensure you feel comfortable and aligned in every asana.

My approach to yoga is simple: it is a conversation between your body and soul. I do not believe in rigid studios or loud music. Instead, I choose settings that allow you to reconnect with yourself—the sound of waves in Goa or the morning breeze near Hulimavu Lake in Bangalore.
Why Practice Outdoors?
Nature does half the work for us. When we move our bodies outside, we are not just doing physical exercises; we are shedding the stress of city life. In my retreats and Sunday workshops, we focus on Hatha Yoga to build alignment and strength, but we also dive deep into Shatkarma, the yogic detox. These techniques, including the Jalneti nasal cleansing, are designed to clear your mind and improve your respiratory health. You will find that after a session, breathing feels different—lighter and more conscious.

I see my events as a gathering of friends. We end our sessions with chants, bhajans, or quiet meditation, which helps settle the energy we have built.
