Yoga is not just a trend, it is a journey to know yourself. Whether online or in-person, I teach traditional Hatha Yoga designed to bring you back to balance, peace, and clarity.

Welcome to our practice. Here, inside a sunlit dome surrounded by nature, we move and breathe together. This is a space where we connect with ourselves and each other, finding strength in community and stillness in movement.

I often say, "Just do Surya Namaskar daily." This video shows a group of students flowing through the Sun Salutation sequence. It is a complete practice in itself, building energy and focus to carry you through your day.

After the asanas and breathwork, we sit in stillness. This is a glimpse into the guided mantra meditation and chanting we do at the end of a class, a practice to quiet the mind and connect with the feeling of "bliss absolute."

Yoga unites us across all borders. This is a collection of moments with my wonderful students from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. It shows that the search for inner peace is a universal language we all share.

In the quiet of the forest, I find my deepest connection. Here, I am seated in meditation, a practice that is the foundation of all my teachings. It is in these moments of silence that we can truly listen to our inner voice.

"Tum saans do, main sukoon doonga" (give breath, get peace). This short video demonstrates a simple pranayama or breathing exercise that you can do for just two minutes daily to improve your respiratory health and calm your mind.

Laughter is the best medicine, and it is always welcome in my classes. Here you can see the joy and lightness that we cultivate. Yoga is a serious practice, but it doesn't always have to be so serious.

Leading a large gathering for the International Day of Yoga is always a powerful experience. It shows me how many people are seeking a path to wellness. Here, I am guiding a session from the stage, sharing the practice with hundreds of people.
