Zindagi ko sirf kaato mat... use khulkar jiyo! (Don't just cut through life... live it fully!). Sound Healing Therapy for me isn't about fancy words or trends. It's a way to actually feel life inside out, getting to know the self - 'swayam ko jaanna'.

What Happens Here

This is not the usual talking therapy. I call it Sound Awakening - healing without words. Even when the body feels fine, we can still feel lost or disconnected. Here, the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and sacred mantras do the talking. The sound goes straight to your soul, helping you find peace and balance.

How I Work

  • Individual Sessions: You stand barefoot inside a huge Tibetan singing bowl. When I strike it, the vibrations move through you, breaking blocks and tuning you back to your frequency. Feels odd at first, but most people say it’s powerful.
  • Group Sound Bath Experience: You lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing sounds wash over you. Sharing the space makes the experience deeper, but sometimes group energy can be a bit mixed.

My Instruments

I use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, taanpura, swaramandal, and my own voice for mantra chanting. Each has its own vibe and purpose, from connecting you to nature to grounding you in the moment.
