This is not the usual talking therapy. I call it Sound Awakening - healing without words. Even when the body feels fine, we can still feel lost or disconnected. Here, the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and sacred mantras do the talking. The sound goes straight to your soul, helping you find peace and balance.
I use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, taanpura, swaramandal, and my own voice for mantra chanting. Each has its own vibe and purpose, from connecting you to nature to grounding you in the moment.
