I mix ancient wisdom with everyday life - nothing fancy, just stuff you can actually use. My sessions focus on:

I speak at events and run workshops for groups or individuals, online and offline. Satsang-based group workshops (with mantras, bhajans, and guided meditation) are my specialty. Every session is open for questions - I love honest, deep conversations.
