The Yogi's Path: Philosophy & Life
Yoga is not just a trend or a way to stay fit. It is a journey to know the self. Here is a look at the wisdom and practice that guide my teaching.
A creative video revealing my portrait. It represents the idea that the self is not a fixed entity but a dynamic process of unfolding, a puzzle we solve through our practice.
A candid portrait taken by a friend. I am wearing my traditional Himachali cap and sunglasses, a blend of my roots and my modern, global life.
Seated under a tree, a quiet moment of reflection. The words in the original caption speak of resilience and staying true to one's path, even when faced with criticism.
A compilation of moments from a festival, showing me both in quiet meditation and walking with a modern swagger. This reflects my persona, which embraces both the sage and the man of the world.
Standing confidently against a tree in the forest. The original caption is a playful warning to critics, reflecting the self-assured and sometimes humorous side of my personality.
A candid photo of me sitting in my office, with a model of the human spine and a globe nearby. This represents my work, which is about the health of the human body and my connection to the whole world.
A close-up portrait where I am looking directly at the camera. The original caption speaks about the power of speech and character, reflecting the philosophical side of my teachings.
A portrait of me with arms crossed, standing in a field. The caption encourages people to dream of doing, not just becoming, and announces my online classes.
Walking barefoot at a festival ground. This simple act of connecting with the earth is grounding and reminds me that those who walk with faith are never truly alone.
A throwback photo from when I had longer hair. The caption is a simple but profound reminder: "It is better to try to know yourself than to know others."
About The Yogi's Path: Philosophy & Life
I often tell my students that yoga is not a workout for the body, but a realignment for the soul. Whether we are practicing Hatha Yoga in my Najafgarh studio or connecting over a Zoom call from different timezones, the goal is always the same: to stop looking outside for answers and start finding them within. If you are seeking something deeper than just physical exercise, this is where we begin.
My approach to yoga is simple: I mix old-school wisdom with what makes sense today. We don't just do asanas and leave. Every session is a 75-minute experience—60 minutes of Hatha Yoga practice, focused on alignment and breathwork, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A or Satsang. This is where we discuss the real struggles—stress, overthinking, and fatigue—and how to manage them through meditation and pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana.
The Practice
- Traditional Hatha Yoga: We focus on foundational poses to build strength and stability. If you are a beginner, we start slow. If you are experienced, we deepen the hold.
- Breathwork & Reset: We end every session with Savasana because it is the reset button for your nervous system. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and this is how we refill yours.
- Spiritual Discourse: I share insights on life, managing ego, and finding balance. We bring the ancient mantras into the modern world to help you stay grounded, whether you are at home in Delhi or joining from abroad.
Why Join?
You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up. My online batches are structured for different timezones, so your location does not matter. If you are in West Delhi, I offer one-on-one therapy to address specific issues like back pain or diabetes, using custom sequences and, occasionally, sound bowl healing to clear energy blocks. This is not a platform for performance; it is a space for you to return to yourself.
