I believe life is not just about surviving - it’s about feeling light and laughing freely. Zindagi mein hansi zaroori hai (Laughter is necessary in life). Most of us forget the last time we laughed from our gut, not just smiled politely.

What My Sessions Feel Like

My laughter yoga is not about jokes or acting funny - it’s guided laughter therapy. I use easy pranayama laughter techniques and simple stretches to help you loosen up. The idea is to get into that childlike, no-filter joy, even if you feel weird at first. I will guide you every step so you never feel lost or awkward.
