I focus on making sure every participant feels comfortable, even through a screen. Whether it is a small group or a large team, my sessions include simple, desk-friendly stretches that help break up the workday tension without needing special equipment or extra space.
Moving online does not mean losing the personal connection. When I conduct sessions over Zoom, I keep the class interactive, watching everyone’s posture and form through the screen to offer real-time corrections, just as I would in a physical studio. This ensures you stay safe and get the most out of every movement, no matter where you are joining from.
For corporate clients like the teams at JobsForHer or educational institutions like Atria Institute, I tailor the sessions to the environment. If your team is working from desks, we focus on shoulder rolls, neck stretches, and spine-opening sequences that counteract the stiffness that comes with long hours of sitting.
