I bring 15 years of corporate experience and 23 years of yoga practice to your office. Forget boring lectures; my workshops use interactive games and desk-friendly movement to combat stress and build better teams.

Leading a workshop is about creating an environment of shared energy and focus. Here, I'm guiding a large group through a session designed to build both individual strength and collective flow.

A successful workshop is one where everyone feels included and successful. I ensure every session is adapted for all fitness levels, so the entire team can participate, challenge themselves, and win together.

A glimpse into my teaching journey. It fills my heart to see so many people embrace movement and find joy in getting healthier and happier, class after class. This is why I do what I do.

My classes are never slow or boring. We recently hopped on a fun internet trend before smashing a challenging workout. I design both my online and offline classes to be something you look forward to.

This is what it's all about. Seeing a team come together, feeling strong and energized after a session, makes teaching feel less like a job and more like a privilege.
