Corporate and University Yoga Wellness Programs
Yoga tailored for the modern workplace. Whether it is a virtual desk detox or an on-site workshop, I help teams manage stress and improve focus without needing special gear or complex poses.
Leading a special Navratri yoga session for a wonderful group of women. We focused on honoring divine feminine energy through a practice designed to build strength and grace, creating a powerful sense of community and inner connection.
A participant stands in a foundational pose during a corporate workshop. My sessions always include simple, grounding postures that help improve body awareness and posture, which is especially beneficial for those who spend long hours at a desk.
Participants in a corporate session engage in a full-body stretch. I guide groups through sequences that are accessible to all levels, ensuring everyone feels included and can experience the benefits of increased flexibility and energy.
Employees participating in a gentle arm-stretching exercise during a wellness workshop. These movements are designed to release tension in the upper body, a common issue in corporate environments, helping to alleviate neck and shoulder pain.

About Corporate & University Wellness Sessions
You do not need a yoga studio or even changing rooms for these sessions. I teach chair yoga and desk-friendly stretches that employees can do in their office clothes, making it easy to fit into a busy workday without disrupting the flow of the team.
I understand the desk job grind because I lived it as a Chartered Accountant. When I teach in corporate or university settings, I focus on the shareer—the body that carries us through those long hours of crunching numbers or attending lectures. We start with simple Sookshma Vyayama (gentle joint movements) to target the specific aches that come with sedentary work, such as tech-neck, stiff shoulders, and lower back tension.
My programs are designed to be practical for your specific environment. If you have an hour, we can conduct a structured mat session. If you only have thirty minutes between meetings, we switch to chair yoga or standing desk routines. We incorporate Pranayama (breathwork) to clear mental fog, which is often more effective for employee productivity than another cup of coffee.
I have worked with institutions like Yenepoya University and various corporate teams to bring these sessions to life. Whether it is an on-site workshop in Bengaluru or a live virtual webinar for distributed teams, the goal remains the same: to give your team a moment to pause, reset, and return to their work with a clearer, calmer mind.
