Strength training is the foundation of performance and injury prevention. This is a glimpse into one of my go-to barbell complexes that builds full-body power. I design personalized strength programs that directly translate to better running and overall fitness.

There is a unique freedom in running, especially through the beautiful, green roads of Namma Bengaluru. This is my happy place. My coaching is about helping you find your own joy in movement, whether you are on the road, the trail, or in the gym.
About this collection
You don't need a high-end gym membership to start training with me. My group sessions at places like Cubbon Park and HSR focus on what you can do with just bodyweight, resistance bands, and consistency. We prioritize movement quality—like proper squat mechanics or gait analysis for runners—to keep you injury-free, because the goal here is building a body that lasts.
I believe that fitness is a journey, not a finish line. I’ve had my share of setbacks, from asthma to fractures, so I know that showing up is 90% of the battle. My coaching is built around that reality: progress over perfection.
My Approach to Fitness
Whether you join my group sessions or opt for 1-on-1 coaching, we focus on functional strength. We aren't here to sculpt for mirrors; we are here to build capacity. If you are training for a Hyrox event, we work on engine building and compromised running—simulating race fatigue so you know how to pace yourself on the big day. If you are a runner, we look at gait analysis and strength work to keep your mileage consistent and your joints safe.
The Tribe Experience
My community in Bengaluru is my heart and soul. We train outdoors, using the city's parks to our advantage. You will find us doing early morning agility drills at the HSR BDA Complex or tackling long runs at Cubbon Park. It is high energy, a bit loud, and consistently supportive. We don't just workout; we treat it like a jatre—a festival of movement.

I work with beginners looking to build a habit, runners chasing their first 10k, and competitive athletes aiming for podiums. All I ask is that you bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a willingness to show up even when you don't feel like it.
