This moment, finishing on the podium at the Hyrox Delhi event, was a testament to smart training and resilience. I bring this same competitive experience and strategic insight to my Hyrox coaching, helping you master every movement and pace yourself for a strong finish.

Strength training is the foundation of performance and injury prevention. This is a glimpse into one of my go-to barbell complexes that builds full-body power. I design personalized strength programs that directly translate to better running and overall fitness.

There is a unique freedom in running, especially through the beautiful, green roads of Namma Bengaluru. This is my happy place. My coaching is about helping you find your own joy in movement, whether you are on the road, the trail, or in the gym.

My group sessions at places like Cubbon Park and HSR focus on what you can do with just bodyweight, resistance bands, and consistency. We prioritize movement quality—like proper squat mechanics or gait analysis for runners—to keep you injury-free, because the goal here is building a body that lasts.
