This is what building a powerful running base looks like. In our group strength sessions, we focus on functional weightlifting like deadlifts to build the strength that prevents injuries and powers you through your runs.

We take our workouts outdoors to build explosive power. This circuit training session includes plyometric exercises like squat jumps to improve your speed and finishing kick.

A glimpse into our 'With Women We Run' exclusive strength session. I provide a supportive and safe space for women to build functional strength with exercises like goblet squats and dumbbell rows.

Activation is key. Here, we're using resistance bands in an outdoor session to fire up the glutes and hips, crucial muscles for stable and efficient running.

It's all about the process and the people. We work on running drills to perfect form, but we also celebrate the effort with a high-five because we're a community that pushes each other forward.

To conquer the race, you have to conquer the hills. Our hill training sessions are designed to build mental toughness and physical strength, one step at a time.

Perfecting the lunge form is essential for every runner. This exercise builds single-leg stability and strength, directly translating to a more powerful stride.

About this collection

You might start running just for health, but to sustain it, you need to be strong. We don't just log miles here; we mix in plyometrics and functional lifts to build an engine that lasts. Whether you are a beginner or a marathoner, my focus is on fixing your form to keep you on the road and injury-free.

Running is a full-body sport, not just a game of miles. That is why my sessions at Agara Lake and local gyms in HSR Layout aren't just about endurance. We focus on 'Form First,' ensuring you move efficiently to avoid common overuse injuries.

My coaching style blends three pillars:

  1. Functional Strength: We do deadlifts, squats, and lunges to build the power you need for that final race stretch.
  2. Mobility & Activation: We use resistance bands and drill-heavy circuits to wake up the muscles that running often ignores.
  3. Community & Safety: As part of the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew, we provide a space where no one is judged. Through my 'With Women We Run' initiative, we ensure women have a safe, supportive environment to train.

We train at various locations across Bengaluru, including HSR Stadium, Cult HSR, and the open tracks of Agara Lake. You get a personalized digital roadmap, weekly progress reviews, and in-person technique correction. We do not break you; we shape you.
