This is not your typical gentle yoga. We focus on strength-building mobility drills to help you run faster, recover better, and get FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER.

This is what we're all about. We hit the road for a tough tempo run and then roll out the mats right there for a targeted yoga session. This combination of running and functional yoga is how we get FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER.

Forget gentle stretching. My sessions focus on building real, functional strength for athletes. Here, I'm demonstrating a sequence using a stick and chair for courtesy lunges and lateral leg raises to build glute and hip stability, which is crucial for powerful running.

A strong core is the foundation of every athlete. This is a glimpse into one of my Core Yoga Flows, designed to build deep abdominal strength and stability, not just a six-pack. These are the kinds of workouts you can expect in my online sessions.

The proof is in the performance. Here I am on the podium after winning 1st place in my age category at the Bengaluru Marathon. I don't just teach this stuff; I live it, and I use the same training principles to help my team and myself achieve our goals.

You don't have to be in Bengaluru to train with us. My online sessions bring the same energy and tough workouts to you, wherever you are. This is a look at some of our members crushing their workouts from home, proving that discipline has no address.

My practice is rooted in the power and discipline of yoga. From foundational poses like Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) to advanced inversions like a headstand (Sirsasana), I build every session on principles that improve balance, focus, and full-body strength.

Forget standard studio flows. I use household props like chairs and even buckets to design strength-focused yoga specifically for runners. Whether you are dealing with a tight IT band or need to build glute stability for race day, my sessions are designed to move you toward real, measurable performance improvements.

I am not just a yoga teacher; I am a runner who knows the pain, breathlessness, and the massive high of hitting a personal best. My practice is born from that experience. I don't believe in sessions where you just stretch and snooze. We do high-intensity, plyometric-infused sequences that build core strength and fix the biomechanical imbalances that lead to injuries.

  • Online Strength & Mobility: We use props you already have—pillows, chairs, sticks—to turn your living room into a functional training lab. I provide real-time form correction via Zoom so you are not just following along; you are actually getting better.
  • Outdoor Coaching: If you are in Bengaluru, join us at Cubbon Park or KTPO (Whitefield). We hit the mats post-run for partner-assisted drills and hands-on adjustments that target your specific recovery needs.

We are a community first. We train, we suffer through the hard days, and we celebrate the wins. We have done everything from 108 Surya Namaskars to pacing for Bengaluru’s biggest races.
