This is what my dance fitness classes are all about: pure energy and fun. In our Janakpuri studio, we move together as a group, following along to upbeat music in this BollyFitX session. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like a party than exercise.
Hearing stories like this is why I do what I do. One of our wonderful members shares how the classes helped her become more active, positive, and even find relief from her knee pain. It’s about more than fitness; it’s about changing your life for the better.
Sometimes we get tired of the usual Zumba routines, so we create our own. This is a glimpse into one of our "apna wala" dance sessions, where we just let loose and have fun with the moves. You don't need any experience, just a willingness to try.
We believe fitness is a celebration. Here is a look at our special Navratri dance celebration, where we all dressed up and enjoyed a dandiya workout together. My classes are a place to build friendships and celebrate life's joyful moments.
A workout isn't complete without a proper cool-down. Here, I am guiding a member through muscle relaxation using a foam roller after an intense session. I focus on safe and effective techniques to help you recover, prevent injury, and improve flexibility.
Understanding your body is key to getting results. This guide shows how different squat variations, like the traditional squat and sumo squat, target different muscles including your inner thighs, outer thighs, and glutes. I teach you the right form for maximum benefit.
To help you continue your wellness journey at home, here is a simple full-body stretching routine. Poses like the child's pose and low lunge are excellent for relaxing your mind and increasing flexibility after any workout.

Before you join us at our Janakpuri studio, here is a practical detail for your first class: we conduct our sessions on carpeted flooring, so I recommend wearing shoes with a slightly smoother sole to help with your pivots during dance fitness. It makes a real difference in how steady you feel, whether you are trying a BollyFitX routine for the first time or joining our regular Zumba batch.
