About Festive Celebrations
Our festive sessions are designed for high-energy cardio that feels like a celebration rather than a workout. We conduct these classes on carpeted flooring, which is great for repetitive pivots and turns, so we recommend wearing shoes that allow you to glide easily. You do not need to be a dancer to join; we focus on stamina and joy, not complex choreography.

Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. During the festive season, we turn the studio into a space where movement meets celebration. Whether it's a Garba-inspired routine for Navratri or a high-tempo Bollywood cardio session for Diwali, the focus remains on keeping your heart rate up while having fun.

- Recovery: Every session ends with guided foam rolling and deep stretching to ensure your muscles recover well and you avoid soreness.
- Studio Setup: Classes take place in our Janakpuri studio. We use carpet tiles, providing a slightly cushioned surface that is easier on the joints during jumps and pivots.
