About Yoga for Mind & Body
Our group sessions are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners learning basic alignment to those looking to improve their flexibility after a busy day. You do not need to be an expert to join; just bring your focus, and our trainers will guide you through the process.
Yoga at our studios in DLF Phase 3, Sector 56, and other Gurgaon branches is about more than just holding poses. We focus on helping you disconnect from the daily grind and find a moment of peace. Whether you want to improve core strength, reduce body stiffness, or manage stress, our group classes provide a space to do it without any pressure.
We break down movements into simple steps, making sure you feel comfortable regardless of your experience level. Beyond the practice, you get the benefit of training in a community where everyone supports each other. Plus, after your session, you can use our steam bath and showers to complete your reset.
Common questions we hear:
- Do I need my own mat? We have standard PVC mats available, but bringing your own is always a good idea.
- Is this good for recovery? Yes, we incorporate gentle movements for mobility, but please mention any specific concerns to your trainer first.
- What should I wear? Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely.
