Whether it is a 45-minute desk-based session to relieve tech-neck and eye strain or a mindfulness workshop to lower cortisol levels, I bring the practice to your conference room or workstation. We focus on simple, effective movements that integrate seamlessly into office hours to improve your team's focus and energy.
Corporate wellness is often misunderstood as just light stretching. My approach, 'Swasth se Swasthata ki aur' (moving from health to true wellness), goes deeper. I work with offices across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram to combat the physical toll of sedentary work and the mental strain of high-pressure environments.

My corporate programs are split into two primary formats based on your needs:
- Express Chair Yoga: This is for teams that need a quick reset. We perform these sessions right at the workstations. We target common issues like keyboard wrist strain, tech-neck, and digital eye strain using simple, seated spinal twists and rotation drills.
- Mindfulness & Stress Management Workshops: When you have more space, like a conference room or an open hall, I conduct floor-based sessions. These involve Surya Namaskar basics, Bhramari (Humming Bee) breathwork to regulate the nervous system, and Yoga Nidra for deep mental rest.

My instruction is bilingual and accessible to everyone, from yoga beginners to those who haven't moved much in years. We do not focus on fancy poses. We focus on breathing techniques like Kapalbhati and Om chanting to clear mental clutter.
