About this collection

One thing I prioritize in my classes is using props like foam blocks and bolsters to make sure you stay safe, whether you are 20 or 60. You do not need to be flexible to start. We adjust the Vinyasa or Hatha flows based on how your body feels that day, not based on what the pose looks like, so you can actually build strength without the pressure.

Yoga is meant to be a tool for your life, not just another chore on your to-do list. At my studios in Indiranagar and Jayanagar, I work with people from all walks of life, from young professionals dealing with desk-job stiffness to athletes needing mobility work and seniors seeking gentle movement.

Finding Your Practice

I believe in matching the style to your needs. If you have a fast metabolism and feel restless, I might suggest Vinyasa or Ashtanga to help you ground your energy. If you are feeling burnt out or need to cool down, we look at Hatha or Yin yoga. It is about reading your body and picking the right approach for that specific moment.
