Step off the standard mat. Experience the freedom of aerial silks to decompress your spine and the grounding energy of nature during our outdoor yoga flows.

A student practices an inversion in an aerial yoga hammock. This practice, also known as anti-gravity yoga, helps to decompress the spine and build upper body strength in a fun, new way.

A student smiles while performing a wide-legged split in the aerial hammock. Aerial yoga allows for deeper stretches by using gravity to your advantage.

Using the aerial silk for support, a student works on a standing split variation. The silk provides stability, allowing for a deeper and more controlled stretch.

Our students take their flexibility practice outdoors, using the natural landscape to work on their splits. Practicing in nature adds a refreshing element to the training.

About Aerial & Outdoor Yoga

Aerial yoga does more than look good on camera. When you hang in the hammock, we use gravity to decompress your spine and open tight shoulders, which is a practical game-changer if you spend all day hunched over a laptop. Our outdoor sessions in places like AECS Layout and Varthur focus on grounding yourself in nature, letting the fresh air naturally deepen your breath and focus.

Why We Train Outdoors and in the Air

Traditional yoga happens in a controlled room, but your body needs more variety to stay engaged. My approach combines the structural support of aerial silks with the unpredictable, refreshing elements of outdoor practice.

Aerial Yoga: Suspension and Strength Using aerial hammocks, we teach you to move in three dimensions. It is not just about fun inversions; it is about building deep core stability and upper body strength. The silk acts as a partner that supports your weight, allowing you to get into deep stretches—like splits or backbends—that might feel impossible on the floor. It is perfect for those who want to improve their flexibility while giving their spine the relief of traction.

Outdoor Practice: Connecting with the Elements We take our practice to the lawns at our training centers in Brookefield, Varthur, and Belathur because nature changes how you perceive your Asanas. When you practice on grass, you are forced to engage your stabilizers to maintain balance in a way a flat studio floor does not demand. It helps you stay present, improves your connection to your environment, and brings a sense of calm that is hard to replicate indoors.

Safety and Technique Whether you are hanging from a silk or balancing on grass, the core philosophy remains the same: safe alignment. We ensure you have the right posture before you go deeper. We provide all the necessary props—mats, silks, and guidance—to make sure your journey from beginner to advanced is steady.

When we push our limits and successfully hold a challenging pose, we shout, 'Jai ho!' That is the energy we bring to every session.
