Mastering Advanced Asanas

My teacher training course is designed to help you safely progress into challenging postures. We break down complex asanas, including inversions, arm balances, and deep backbends, focusing on the anatomy and alignment needed to master them with confidence.

Creative Prop Work

We believe props are powerful tools for learning, not crutches. In my TTC, you will learn to creatively use props like wheels, chairs, blocks, straps, and even bamboo sticks to safely access advanced poses, understand alignment, and add therapeutic benefits to your practice.

Partner & Acro Yoga

Our TTC is also about connection, trust, and play. We incorporate partner yoga and Acro Yoga to teach you how to support others, communicate effectively, and build strength and balance in a fun, interactive way.

Pranayama, Meditation & Sound Healing

A true yoga practice goes beyond the physical postures. Our TTC provides in-depth training in powerful breathing techniques (Pranayama), various meditation practices including blindfolded focus, and the therapeutic use of sound healing with Tibetan bowls to calm the mind and deepen your spiritual journey.

Shatkriya: Yogic Cleansing

To truly deepen your practice, we explore the traditional Shatkriyas, or six cleansing techniques. Our TTC provides safe and expert-led instruction in practices like Jal Neti (nasal cleansing with water) and Sutra Neti (with a thread) to purify the body and prepare it for deeper pranayama and meditation.

Foundational Flows & Group Practice

Our course is built on a strong foundation of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. We cover fundamental poses and sequences like Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) in detail, ensuring you have the knowledge to practice and teach with confidence.

Aerial & Outdoor Yoga

We believe in a versatile practice. Our TTC includes sessions in both aerial yoga, using silks to explore inversions and decompress the spine, and outdoor yoga, allowing you to connect with nature and deepen your practice in a fresh environment.
